Eddie

Eddie is the Chairperson of People First (Havering). He chairs the People First Committee meetings.
Eddie lives in a Supported Living house in Harold Hill.
He has been an active member of People First (Havering) for many years.
Eddie works at Harrow Lodge Park and at a local church.
He enjoys going to The 3H Tuesday Club and loves going on holiday.

Ernest

Ernest is the Co-Chairperson of People First (Havering).
He supports the Chairperson during Committee Meetings and chairs the meetings if the Chairperson is away.
Ernest lives in a Supported Living house in Harold Hill and makes good use of his taxi card to get about.
He has been an active member of People First (Havering) for many years.
Ernest is very interested in health issues and has been a member of a health group in Havering.

Stephen

Stephen lives in Havering and has been an active member of People First (Havering) since it began in the 1990's.
Stephen enjoys his role of treasurer for People First and works hard to make sure that bills are paid on time and cheques get signed.
Stephen lives in a Supported Living house in Harold Hill and his Individualised Budget means that he can keep busy during the week. 
Stephen is very interested in personal safety issues and is a member of a local Police Discussion Group in Havering.
Stephen designed the first People First (Havering) Newsletter in 2008 and delivered over 200 copies to people living in Havering.

He plans to produce these regularly with support from his personal assistant, Emma

Mark

Mark lives in Havering and has been an active member of People First (Havering) since it began in the 1990's.
Mark enjoys his role of treasurer for People First and works hard to make sure that bills are paid on time and cheques get signed.
Mark is a keen Manchester United supporter. He also enjoys being part of a local team and trains every Monday evening.
Mark works for Values Into Action and has recently been involved in projects working with people with learning disabilities
from ethnic minority backgrounds.

Mark also co-chairs the Havering Partnership Board with Andrew Ireland Group Director for Social Care and Learning in Havering

Heather

Heather is Secretary of People First (Havering).

She takes minutes during Committee Meetings and types them up for her files.
Heather is currently working on a birthday card file for all members and hopes that eventually all members will receive a birthday card from People First (Havering). She also sorts People First mail and gives it out.
Heather lives in a Supported Living house in Romford and makes good use of the buses to get about. She has been an active member of People First (Havering) for many years.
Heather works at Tesco's in Rainham and loves going on holiday. She enjoys making plans for her future and is working hard on her Person Centred Plan.
